David, was very helpful since day one. Took the time to listen and bring out lots of suggestions and ideas for this beautiful uncut foil card sheet I own. Never once felt rushed or unwelcomed in any way. He not only listen but welcomed us in with such warmth the moment my wife, daughter and I walked in.
